Terms of Service

1. Who can use Tactix11

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• A parent or legal guardian may create and manage a profile for a child under 13 and is responsible for that child's use of the Service.
• Coaches, managers, and club administrators who add other people's information (including minors' names, stats, and photos) confirm they have the right and any required consent to do so.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been compromised. You may delete your account at any time in the app.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

• Tactix11 offers optional paid upgrades, including Tactix11 Pro (per team), additional team pricing, storage upgrades, ad removal, and supporter purchases.
• Purchases made in the iPhone app are billed by Apple to your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store settings.
• Prices are shown before purchase and may change with notice for future billing periods.
• Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable; refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.

4. Your content

You own the content you add to Tactix11 — rosters, stats, drills, photos, messages, and posts. You grant us the limited license needed to host, store, display, and share that content as the Service is designed (for example, showing a lineup to your team, or publishing the sections of a public team page a coach turns on). This license ends when the content or account is deleted, except for content already shared with others (like messages in a team chat).

5. Acceptable use

Tactix11 is used by kids and families. You agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or harassing.
• Bully, threaten, or target any person — especially a minor.
• Share another person's private information without permission.
• Impersonate others, misuse roles or invites, or attempt to access data your role does not allow.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to probe or breach its security.

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put users at risk.

6. Coaches, clubs, and teams

Team staff control team data: rosters, schedules, stats, lineups, and what (if anything) appears on the team's public page. Clubs and organizations may administer multiple teams. When you leave a team, content created for the team (like match results you were part of) remains with the team.

7. The service is provided "as is"

We work hard to keep Tactix11 reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost — keep copies of anything irreplaceable.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tactix11 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $50 if you have paid nothing).

9. Changes and termination

We may update the Service and these terms over time. If a change to the terms is material, we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect; continued use after that means you accept the updated terms. You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Tactix11's operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
