›Is it actually free, or free-until-it-isn’t?
Actually free. One team, no card, no clock. The free tier runs a full season — ads pay for it. Pro adds the animated replay, the live parent link, the auto-built practice and the pro drill tools on the web, for $9.99 a month on the team you buy it for.
›The iPhone app isn’t out. What can I use today?
The web dashboard, right now: create a team, build the squad, start a season, schedule and RSVPs, team comms and announcements, the drill maker, practice plans, lineups, stats, shot charts, film room and your team’s public page. Match tracking is the one thing that needs the app, because it has to work with one thumb while you’re watching a game. Supported tools share the same account and team data. The feature guide labels which tools are on iPhone, web or both.
›Do I need a camera?
No — that’s the whole point. The replay is rebuilt from what you tracked, not from film. You can record the match from your phone without buying a camera.
›What if I mis-track something?
Undo any action mid-play, edit any event after the whistle, and fix the score in two taps. The timeline stays editable.
›Our club already uses TeamSnap. Do I have to switch everyone?
No. You can use Tactix11 for tracking, drills, practices and stats while keeping your existing club admin system. If your club does want to move across properly, email me and I’ll help bring the rosters over.
›Who can see my child’s photos and stats?
Only people your coach invited to that team. Teams are private, your team’s public page starts empty, and a live match link shows one game’s score and feed — with player photos only if your coach enabled them for that link.
›What happens to my data if I stop using it?
It’s yours. Email support@tactix11.com and it’s exported or deleted, no questions asked. Players who leave a team keep their own history — stats and report cards don’t vanish because they changed clubs.
