Choose a team size and formation. The numbers describe the outfield lines, from defense to attack; the goalkeeper is extra.

The board uses a transparent, rule-based teaching model. It adjusts a formation using ball location and possession. It does not analyze a live match or predict the perfect decision.
In possession, the shape offers width, depth, and passing support. Out of possession, it moves toward the ball, protects central space, and assigns a nearby player to apply pressure with teammates covering.
Near your own goal line, the goalkeeper recovers toward the line and protects the ball-side angle. Defenders cover the goalmouth and midfield protects the cutback. These are open-play examples, not set-piece corner routines. The ball remains inside the field; a ball that has fully crossed a boundary is out of play.
Opponents are simplified reference positions. Passing guides are ideas to discuss, not a guarantee that a pass is safe. The exercises accept a useful area around a suggested position.
Adapt distances, roles, pressing, and any offside rules to your team, age group, and competition. In particular, 7v7 and 9v9 rules vary.
